The Mission
Our mission is to help people all over the world connect in a more human way – one that isn't ego-driven, elitist or competitive.
We do this through immersive community and corporate events using our unique methodology, which levels the playing field and shifts the focus away from job titles, social hierarchies and CVs.
Breaking down these barriers creates space for open and honest storytelling and what we call Alchemy. Alchemy happens when you make that one connection that could transform your life.
We started making this dream a reality in 2012 and we haven’t looked back. We’ve brought thousands of people together in over 25 cities around the world both digital and physical formats .
In addition to our community events, we help transform everyday people into storytellers, guiding them to find their voice and unlock the power in sharing their experiences. We know first-hand how many doors open when you lead compelling conversations with your own unique story, so we want to help others discover theirs.
When you join the community and find a sense of belonging, that in itself can be the catalyst for change. The Method
Our unique methodology revolves around the five coloured dots of HubDot. As pictured below, each one corresponds to a different mindset, which allows us to connect people based on their individual needs, intentions and desires. It's our playful way of stripping away labels, breaking down barriers and facilitating a more focused, inclusive and engaging experience. When you join one of our events, you’ll usually be asked to state your intention by choosing the dot that best represents your mindset on the day. You’re then perfectly positioned to start networking with like-minded people and connecting over the themes and goals that are important to you.
The Community
The community is made up of people from all walks of life, from every background imaginable, each with a unique story to tell. Our doors are always open to anyone wanting to explore the endless possibilities that can come from embracing an open-minded, honest and authentic approach to connection. When we bring the community together, we know that the introductions we make can be the difference between a struggling start-up and a successful one; a small idea and a big investment; a personal challenge and a transformative story.
